Annual report Audit
According to its Articles of Association, VR-Group Ltd shall have one (1) auditor, which must be a company with Authorised Public Accountants certified by the Central Chamber of Commerce. The term of office of an auditor ends at the close of the Annual General Meeting following the auditor’s election. The auditor is elected by the Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting elected Ernst & Young Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, as auditor for 2014, with Tiina Lind, APA, CPFA, as principal auditor. Mikko Rytilahti, APA, CPFA, started as principal auditor on 28 November 2014.
Fees paid to the auditor during the 2014 fiscal period totalled EUR 99,286.29.
